How I'm going to lose weight:

-Sign up for a fitness class at MAC over xmas break -Exercise at least three times a week for an hour and a half per day whether that be at the gym, hiking, walking, running, biking. -Eat only fruits, vegetables, and whole grains for every meal except one day a week when I can eat naughty foods that I love such as cheese, ice cream, white flour pastas, and burritos. -Maybe start keeping track...
